Christmas Trifle Recipe
1 glass bowl
1 package of pink ladyfingers
1 tub of Mascarpone
200g plain yogurt
1/2 pod of fresh vanilla
2 tablespoons of Acacia Honey
1 oz of Dry Sack (optional)
Choose one or all of the below fruit
1 jar Apricot Moscato
1 jarPlums al Brachetto
1 jar of peaches in syrup
Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla and honey together in a mixing bowl. Slice the fruit and mix together in a separate bowl. Take the syrup from the fruit and mix together with the Dry Sack in a small bowl. Use this to dip the ladyfingers in, before placing them side by side on the inside of the bowl. Dollop a quarter of your filling on top of the ladyfingers followed by a layer of the mixed fruit. Repeat this sequence until the bowl is full. Garnish the top of the last layer with fruit. Enjoy!
